Welcome from Baltimore. Sorry to hear about the problem, Did they replace the wheel bearings when they replaced the wheel or did they use the old ones? that's the only thing after replacing everything else that i can think of.

Welcome to the forum. If that bike is under warranty, I would not let the dealership give it back to you, until you were satisfied with how it worked. Get it right before spring for sure.

Hello deisel
It sound as if you hit all the bases with your problem, three things to check

1] the alignment of the bike , engine in frame
2] check swingarm for play side to side. zero movement
3] shocks giving up
