New to the forum, new to H-D. I had bikes when I was younger, wanted a Harley since I was a teenager. At 34, and in a prety good posistion in life, I got the chance. A fellow Officer had to choose between his boat & the bike...he chose the boat and made me an offer on the bike I couldn't turn my back on. So I am now the very proud owner of a very chromed-up 2005 Fatboy, Peace Officer Edition. When he bought it new, he went 'all-in' and got a bunch of things done to her. I'm going to change the bars and the plate bracket...thats about it. Oh, and the passenger mini-boards for my fiance'. I'm very pleased the way it is.
I'll be lurking & reading. Won't say much. Like the truck forums I read...I like reading, and asking when I need to, but I don't say much. There's is a BUNCH of pretty bikes here. Keep it up. Ride easy - Nopetrol
