You've got that right. Miles of some of the best untouched beaches in the world. I'm a grad of Nicville, my father retired at Eglin (33TFW). If you like it now you should have been there as a teenager in the early 70's.

Cool! I help coach wrestling at Niceville. Not really looking for a house, but thanks for the offer! We bought in Bluewater in 08' and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
