hello

Hello everyone. A friend recomended me to the sight for some much need tech help and hints. I'm in the process of building my "dream ride" and purchaced an old 71 ironhead sportster motor and am having trouble finding parts and info on the motor vin # anynhelp would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, and welcome to the forum. Can't help you with the tech questions myself, but am sure there are guys herew that can. Go to the top of the page in the line that says "Forum." Roll over the word forum and a drop down menu appears, and two of the drop down menus are "Harley Davidson Tech Forum" and "Do It Yourself Help Forum." You might post your questions in there and find more people who can answer your tech questions in there and get a more direct answer. Again, welcome aboard, and keep us posted on your progress.
