Well guys I did it. After talking with some of the riders at work and getting their thoughts as well, today I went to ENCS on base here in Naples and signed the order for my 2012 Iron 883. It ships here from the states around the middle of July and will get to Italy around the end of August/first part of September.

I take my Navy/MSF Basic Rider course a week from Monday, so my bike will show up at about the same time I should be able to legally ride off of base.
