Problems with oil

Has anyone ever had this oil problem?
Can anyone help me with this problem? When the motor is cold I check my oil and it’s at the cold setting full. I run my bike 30 miles and it get hot there is no oil in the tank? I let the bike cool off and all the oil comes back to the tank? Is this an oil pump problem and where does the oil go? I’m looking for some help with this. I took the bike to a Harley Dealer in Gettysburg, PA and they said there is nothing wrong with the bike but I know that’s BS.
