he didn't trade said he would trade me a 04 sportster with 7k on it instead I told him that was to much of a loss on the jeep. the sportster is a 4k bike according to KBB retail and my jeep is worth way more then that. I will keep looking.

Welcome from Georgia. I would sell the Jeep outright (maybe to someone reading a Jeep forum somewhere if it exists) and keep looking. Previously owned (and modified) Harleys are the way to go. A ton of good info and plenty of opinions on HDF as well. ENJOY!

yes seen a few custom bikes I like but I have back issues and need to be carefull I don't get a bike I won't be able to ride. the back issues are why I decided to sell or trade the jeep for a harley in the first place.

I have had it on jeep forum, pirate 4x4, and a local site for over 6 months. most the people who have looked just don't have the cash to buy it and no bank will loan on a 79 vehicle no matter how well it is redone and setup. thanks Jeb
