WOW!
I haven't logged on in two days (sorry) and amazed at the warm welcomes.
Totally obsessed with finding the right sportster and torn between 883 and 1200. I know what everyone says about growing out of the 883 but
I want to learn slowly then upgrade to bigger if needed...I am 39, and want to make my first bike experience fun and not fearful. I am also seeing prices all over the place. Local independent shop has 1200 C under 1,000 miles for $6500, HD dealer asking $8,500 for similar. Decisions Decisions.

I hope it's as much fun to ride as it is to shop!

thanks again all.
-Pete

Welcome to the forum from southeastern Michigan, U.S.A. Take some time to look around a little before posting questions, you just might find out that the same question has already been asked before, plus you will find lots of entertainment on the way.
