Have a 1980 FXEF I bought from a friend in 1982. It's pretty original. The seat and drag bars were in place when I bought it, so it looks like a 77 Low Rider. I like the look so I don't have any plans to change it. I also put an S&S carb on it but still have the old one. Other than that everything, including the paint is original. Plan to change the primary to a wet system and eliminate the chain oiler and return. Just waiting on new wet clutches. This winter I plan to take it apart and polish rocker boxes, inner/outer primary and anything else I think will look good polished. I still enjoy rolling on the old girl after all of these years.
Also have a 92 FLSTC I bought new. Put lots of chrome, braided lines, etc. I saved all of the stuff that came off of it.
Will post pictures after I spend some time figuring out how to do it.
