Thank you all for the warm welcome.

I've discovered the switch turns on a series of blue LEDs that light up the motor. Not really to my taste. As we say on this side of the pond, rather naf.

Welcome to the HDForum......maybe it's a kill switch like Jax has on SOA behind his battery on his bike? Having to take the seat off to get to it is kinda prohibitive tho, so not sure about that one? I thought of doing that as a quick shut off instead of locking my ignition when I stop for a short time....still churning it around in my head and haven't acted on it.....yet. Try taking a pic of it and post it in a thread with perhaps the title being is this a kill switch or what are suggestions for a hidden kill switch. I may get around to posting one like that myself?
