Well, Honda's do not suck I started out on a CBR600 and I learned a lot about motorcycling from that bike as well as my first wreck. I then went to a sportster with a 1200 kit and now to a 103 stroked 02 Road King. Wish I could have kept both prior bikes as a memory but couldn't afford that. Welcome from Ohio!!

I plan on keeping my Honda and maybe turning it into a project bike eventually, but after already putting close to 600 miles on the Sportster I don't think I'll be going anywhere but HD for my future bikes.
Also, CBR's and little Ninja's make great learner bikes. I learned on a small Ninja and it was a very natural feeling ride.
