I wanted to say hi from Wisconsin and let you know I've enjoyed reading the posts in this forum. It's been 15 years since I owned my last Harley. It was a 1964 Sporty that I had to sell, so I could live during a divorce. I will post pictures of it in the future. I recently received a 2001 Dyna Wide Glide with only 2050 miles on it. How I received it was a total surprise to me.
3 months ago I donated a portion of my liver to my ill sister. We are both doing well and her life will go on normally now. During the Thanksgiving holidays her husband gave me this "thank you for saving my wife's life" Harley, which was his second bike. I think he spent more time polishing it than riding it. I feel a little embarrased getting a bike this way, however he will not take no for an answer. So I will ride again. I will be looking forward to participating in this forum and hoping for an early spring. And hopefully I upload this picture right.
