Hello all, im new to this site and thought id get on here and see if i could meet new people from around kokomo indiana. Ive been riding for quit a few years now and have finally gotten the bike that I can see myself riding for years.
I had a 1991 electra glide and traded it for a 2003 100th Anniversary Addition Electra Glide. This bike is like night and day from what Ive been used to riding. It runs soo smoth and alot more responsive, its awesome. I cant wait to ride it to the Dragons Tail this summer.
There is one thing id like to do with it if there is anyone out there that could help me I would greatly appreciate it. The bike still has the stock stereo and speakers on it and i want to put some speaker boxes on the tour pack. The question I have is, how do i wire the rear speakers? Is there another speaker port on the back radio for rear speakers?
Im thinking I need to replace the fairing speakers because they arent real loud, hard to hear when the bike is running. Im not sure on what type of speakers to replace them with though. Any suggestions? Also is there anyone out there that might have a set of used pod speaker boxes they want to sell, I might be interested.
Well guys if anyone could give me some ideas i would love to hear them. Also if anyone out there knows of any good scenic rides around here in Indiana, let me know. Im always looking for a nice sunday ride somewhere and this year im plannin on riden the rear tire of this bike. Thanks Guys
