Previous rides over the past 3-4 years are as follows, Suzuki Marauder, Kawasaki Vulcan VN800A, Buell Firebolt XB12r, another Kaw Vulcan VN800A (loved the first one and had to go back), 1200 Sportster and now 2012 Wide Glide. One of the biggest selling points for me on the wide glide is the 21" spoke wheel which is what I was used to from the vulcan's. All spoke all the way. Even if I bought a street glide first thing I would do is put spoke wheels on it.
yeah your polar opposite in NJ than me, Barbs is a nice dealer. my next bike is a Road King with MAG wheels. I'm done with spokes, I hate cleaning them but I'll always love the way they look. My sporty will be my only spoked bike
