Harley keeps misfring

Hi, I am new to this forum and am in need of some Information as to how to solve my misfire on my back cylinder and the plug blackening,
any suggestions?

Popping out the tail pipes and black plugs means a rich mixture. Popping out the carb and very light plugs means lean mixture. But since it's only one cylinder, Try switching plug wires at the coil. If the problem persists, switch plugs front to back. This will rule out bad plugs or wires.

Also check your manifold clamps/seals for air leaks.

What carb are you running?
What jets are in it?
What does the front plug look like?
