I too have used the ride planner for years. Of recent, I can't click, drag to change a route. Now when I click and drag, the entire map moves. Any suggestions??
Any suggestions on who to contact??
Thanks.
I have also been having problems with the road planner. It does not allow you to drag the route to another road. It moves the entire map. Sometimes I can't even open the program.
It is very frustrating because a couple of years ago it worked great. You would think that a large organization as big as HD is they could somehow resolve the issues of a simple mapping program. Mapquest works good and you can download to a Garmin but their map details are horrible.
