Enjoy the customizing part of the ride! You can spend thousands on custom parts and stuff.Your HD appreciates it.
You're weather is much nicer down south than up here in the Valley.
I have 450 miles on my bike now and tonight is the one week anniversary...........
Take care,
Dave
Road Chick.. I will be riding in yourneckof the woods a lot. I love the riding San Diego area. The weekend after I got the bike I rode out to Julian, it was a great ride.
eg *****.. I bought mine at Harley of Westminster, It was a great ride home down the coast. San Juan didn't have much inventory left but would have bought it there if they had one. They know I bought mine somewhere else but still treat me like family when I stop in there.
kellazo.. don't forget to stop by Swallows bar when your in town again.. lot's of Harley's there all the time. Pedros is a great taco stand also.
ochog.. would have loved to have made it to the meeting but I'm in Dallas right now on business. I will try to make some of the future meetings for sure.
rgerber.. yeah SJC is not the same but is still a small town with some great local events.. two weeks ago we had our annual Amtrak mooning event.. tons of bikers showed up. Gives lots of chances to see other peoples rides and get ideas for mine. It used to drive me nuts not having a ride and seeing all the bikes passing through every weekend, I was jealous as hell.
Taildraggerdave.. If you mean San Fernando Valley (I grew up in the valley), your weather ain't much different than down here at all and it's still not to far from the coast.. really sucks only being able to ride 363 days a year huh?
BTW congrats on the new SE Fatboy yourself.. it's a real looker for sure.dozer22.. I post some more shots soon... very sweet ride you have.
