After many years lurking I finally joined up.The site usually comes in top when I google a query and it almost always provides an answer or at least some food for thought. My current bike is an ex-display 2011 model Fatboy which I bought unregistered and at a heavy discount in March of this year. Love it (mostly) so far. Due to the crappy weather here in the "Emerald Isle"(the rain is currently falling in horizontal sheets,in June!
) I only have 1200 miles on the clock! Mods to date are some black V+H Big Shots and a set of Saddlemen bags with EZ Brackets. The biggest problem I've got so far is the riding position. A couple of hours in the saddle results in a lot of discomfort. I've ordered a set of Harley Goodies floor board extenders which are highly recommended by lots of people on this forum. I will also be looking into a seat. Preferably a solo (my GF rides her own 2001 Heritage) with better back support.

Welcome to the Forums ... now you have to post a pic of your girlfriend on her Heritage.
If you are have trouble with the riding position I would recommend a Sundowner seat. Those stock bars may be incorrect for you too.
