Hi everyone,
I'm Peter and live in Albany NY. I'm not a Harley owner yet but will be one soon - just made a down payment on a 2012 Road King and will pick it up in NYC by the end of next week.
My current ride (which I'm very fond of and will keep) is a 2012 Solo sT and I've owned a Ural hack before. Other past bikes were a 2001 Triumph Bonneville, 2003 Royal Enfield, and a 1998 Thunderbird Sport.
I've always thought that I would eventually like to ride a hog but for some reason or other it took more than a decade to actually take the plunge.
I'm not sure if I'm going to like it once the novelty wears off but I'm going to find out soon.
My wife and I are going for a two week vacation to Nova Scotia and possibly to Newfoundland in mid August. I'm going to ride the RK up there and can't wait to get going!
