Hello, I am a relatively new driver (been riding as a passenger for 5 yrs, just got my license in March). Having a blast so far. My current ride is an 09 Heritage Softail that we bought used with about 7000 miles on it, but it was in great condition! My hubby rides an 09 Road Glide (he is on here somewhere too, but I am not mentioning names, he might not want to be associated with me 
). We both enjoy riding all over and I can't wait for my first long distance ride driving my own bike.
We have a daughter who is 20 and is a jr at Texas A&M College Station and we live about 50 miles east of Corpus Christi, TX.

Welcome.
I've been riding for over 45 yrs.
My wife keeps threatening to get her license, but never followed through.
I encourage her to do it, but I think she's just as happy sitting on the back.

) and to dismiss a ticket (here in TX it can sub as defensive driving if the judge allows it). Wow! I just thought I liked riding as passenger! Whee! I had so much fun and got bit by the riding bug bad! So we got the Softail...it was the most expensive ticket I ever got!
I had a few oopsies though and then my hubby was a little nervous...but I have put about 3000 miles on my bike since May & we are having a blast!
