Default Shift light?

Has anyone ever tried to configure a shift light on they're bike? Kinda hard to watch the tach and the road. Any ideas?

Hello from Redcar England.
Just to say you don't need a shift light or rev counter to ride a bike. Harley is the last bike in the world to rev out by accident you just feel when it needs the next one. If you want to drag the bike off the lights or down the strip i think auto meter do clocks with shift lights.

Greetings/welcome from "frigid" NE...sit down, log-in and enjoy the ride!!!

If you've been riding long enough = all you need is sound, unless you plan to run bike in 1/4-mile increments (waste of $$$)...JMO.
