It was removed due to violations of the HD Forums rules. You are not allowed to sell on this forum unless you are a paid sponsor. Members can sell personal items in the Classified section but only have they have 5 posts and be a member for over 30 days. Also we do not allow discussion or sale of illegal PDF copies of HD manuals, specifically their Service Manuals. They have never released them in that form. Any such items on the web are illegally copied.
