i didnt notice if your paying cash or not but hd also has real good financing options to buy from a private seller, also carfax works on bikes too 39$ well spent imo

Thx Helrazor...my plan is to put about 2 thirds down and finance the bal.because my c.r.is not the greatest. I don't mind financing a few grand at a higher int.rate.
