I just sold my NR last weekend since I never rode it after going to a S'Glide. The Deuce and NR are different bikes .... ride them both and you decide!
Thanks guys. Welcome to my thread, lol. Yeah ive always wanted a deuce but am really liking the vrod. I saw some of the "hardcore" custom vrods and they look real sweet as well. I'm just tore between old and new. Now are you guys saying deice because of deuce or does the year and "b" motor. I didn't know how much better the technology is on the vrod being as its 6years newer and motor is designed by porsche...
I was in the market for a Rod when I walked into a dealer and saw a Deuce sitting there. I bought the Deuce and still have it. I love the bike. It's carried me all over the east coast from Myrtle Beach to Nova Scotia.
A buddy has an 01 Deuce that he bought new and feels the same way.
I'm thinking that a Deuce may be a little more comfortable for long rides but I've never ridden one so I may just be way off base. It can be made to look pretty nice in my opinion, but I am biased.
