I have a 2007 FXST
I really like the looks of the HD 1/4 fairing. I have mounting figured out, so that isnt a problem. the only thing im worried about is the headlight fitting in it. Does anyone know if it will?
Im new to motorcycles so i have a few more questions about it. I my bike came with a silly looking quick detach windshield that causes my helmet to vibrate and shake violently. I can only assume the first owner of my bike was short as hell and that the windshield is too short. i already had to change my bars bc they were so narrow it was uncomfortable to ride for more than 15 minutes. Im 6'2". any chance the 1/4 fairing would take some weight off my chest without causing that shaking of my helmet?
anyone have a picture of a softail with a quarter fairing? i looked at arlen ness and they look sharp too. any one know which one performs better?. i dont like the looks of rifle's tho. any feed back would help alot.
