Hey guys and gals. Just joined and wanted to drop a few lines about myself. I ride an '07FLHX, that is black pearl. I live in Tulia, TX. For those of you who have no cluewhere that is, it's 50mi. south of Amarillo and80mi. north of Lubbock. Our only claim to world news here is the huge drug bust back in '99. I have been reading about some of your concerns with the new ECM calibration. I talked to a friend up in Amarillo and he said that he lost power after he installed the new download on his '07 RKC. He also said that he did not gain but four more miles per gallon. He went a head and installed a stage 1 kit and gained back the lost horse power on his '07 RKC. I havn' t noticed any knocking or pinging and I have over 1200mi. on mine. My friend told me that if he had it to do all over again he would not have done it. I havemade an appointment with my dealer to install the download and dial in my new Rush exhaust. I am hoping like hell that I don' t losepower. I will keep you postedon my progress with this.
