bad start

I still don't have my bike back yet it has been at the mechanic NYC Harley for 2 weeks all I did was buy it and ride it home and it is has a transmission problem and it had more problems that the dealer didn't notice before they sold it to they don't want to refund the money I am stuck for now ,this is not good for a dealer and for me being the that it is my first Harley. I hope it will get better I am losing precious riding time
