Mine did the same thing! Check tail light to see if brake light is on. After second time doing this HD did a recall on rear brake light switch. My bike is a 2010 Road King. Mine would even speed up when cruise was on. HD will have to knock codes off. Good luck!

Problem fixed

Ended up carrying it in to the shop nothing would work, the whole cruise control module on the handle bars had blown. Thank God for extended warranty!!! Over $100.00 in parts and almost $500 in labor, cost me $50.00! THanks for everyone's help! Love this place, glad I joined!!!!!
