Hello All,
I am new to the HD Forum sites, from Michigan. My husband and I currently have a 2013 Dark Custom Red Candy Street Bob. We're hoping to make it to Sturgis this year. Happy Riding all!

The closest thing to flying without ever leaving the ground!
Welcome to the site and if you want any information about the trip, just ask. We rode out the summer of 2011 from SW Michigan.
You can see the whole trip at markandsharonlundin.com.
My first bit of advice would be to arrive a few day before the actual Sturgis Week. Same vendors, less crowd and motels and camping are much cheaper.
Secondly....if you are investing the time to drive out, give yourself a few more days and ride across the Big Horns and the Bear Tooth Highway into Yellowstone....and easy ride and well worth it.
Welcome from your neighbor to the West ... If you've not made plans yet for Sturgis you're going to be at the mercy of all the "Rate Jackers" ... However, It is worth the Trip!
