Man oh man I bet those cohiba are delicious. I had one my wife brought back from the bahamas. A truly wonderful smoke.
They are soo delicious......
A friend of mine is a retired surgeon, he has a friend of his who was in his practice and he retired in Mexico. I had asked him about getting some one day. He said he would ask, he said it might take a while.
4 months later I got a phone call and he said I had a package addressed to me from Mexico and asked if I knew anything about this.
I did not put 1 and 1 together, he laughed and said your cigars are in.. I took the 1 hour drive right away and was surprised that they was the torpedo Cohiba's.
I asked what I owed, he said Merry Christmas..... I was floored....

Man oh man the cigar gods have smiled down upon you sir. Congrats.
Thanks to all who have responded. The whole point of putting this out there on H-D Forums was two fold, by the way H-D Forums is the only blog or anything else that I am using, Number one was to get some feed back and two was to fine some beta testers who ride different style bike in different climates etc. That being said earlier I said pic's would be available this week as soon as we got the latest version back from the machine shop. Well Fat Tony has delayed everything. He expressed concern over the effects of heat, smoke with aluminum, local friends that know about have also mention this. So back to the drawing board I went. It will now have a copper sleeve and be coated inside and out with a clear ceramic coating. As for the coolness factor he hasn't seen it yet so he might want to reserve judgement until he does, but many thanks to him.
CNC machine shop closed this week for vacation (just my luck) but, we are first on the list for Monday. Done my part submitted the changes Fatboy suggested, so just waiting on the shop. I think computer codes have already be done and entered so hopeful they will be chipping Monday.
I hope this really works out for you. I would love to spark up a Acid Kuba Kuba and hit the road. I hope the copper sleeve cuts down on heat for you and good luck . Looking forward to seeing new ideas come alive.

Mmmmm...Love me a Kuba Kuba! I usually smoke something like a Romeo, Ashton, Diamond Crown, Fuente, Mac, or CAO. But sometimes I get an itch that only a Kuba Kuba can scratch.
