It is a Keihin. The person who built it gave me a spec sheet of a 185.068 main jet a 48 pilot jet a n72v needle with 1 shim and a medium slide spring. I am going to pull it apart this weekend and double check the float and make sure no debris is causing the float valve not to seat properly. Thanks for the reply. Ill keep you posted and hopefully get some pictures up.

Jets sound a bit large for a Sportster. Do the plugs look OK??

45 pilot and 180 main should be about right for a 1200.

I pulled the plugs and they look fine. I also pulled the carb and readjusted the float it seemed a hair off according to Harley spec. It's all back together now and not leaking as of yet, I still need to beat up on it a little bit though. Hopefully that solved my problem.
