Hi,
I've just bought my first Harley, a 1987 fxlr low rider from Chicago and shipped it to Australia. Will be riding her as is for now but plan on throwing an ultima 113ci El Bruto in, with an open belt primary and 6 speed trans. At present I'm searching these forums for what will fit in an fxr. was looking at the ultima bagger 2" belt drive and ultima 6 speed trans if I can modify to fit, gotta say US$5500 is a steal for all that.
Also looking at setting her up like the switchback models. Quick change to a bagger for long runs and back for short local runs.
I have built a couple of jap bobbers and now looking to customize the real deal ha, looking forward to some great options with a Harley and looking forward to some fun riding, cheers,
Mark
