I bought my first Harley last Sept. A barely broken in CVO Road King. I've had a bunch of bikes and have ridden them all my life. But this one is fantastic, it sure has a soul... from the way the motor starts to kick in at about 3.5k to the amazing way it handles wind and weather. I always wanted a Harley and rode quite a few before deciding on the Road King. I just like the way they handle. I took it out in November and had a great time solo touring to Needles CA, where my dad grew up. It was nice and warm there and wanted to avoid rain and ice (in Oregon).
I've been a lurker and rabidly reading everything on this forum to learn about Harleys in general and how to take care of and get the most of my bike.
