Road King Classic Front Wheel Bearings replacement?

Road King Classic Front Wheel Bearings replacement?
I have a 2005 Road King Classic with 15000 miles on the odometer. I need to change my front tire for the first time and was wondering if while I have the wheel off should I change the front bearings. I have not taken the wheel off yet so I have not checked them in any way.I do not see any maintenance schedule in my operators manual for the servicing of the bearings. It seems like it would be a good item to change at this time as a precaution but don't need the expense if not necessary. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

By all means check your bearings, but I would hope they will last a lot longer than one set of tyres! Having said that I was dismayed that my Buell needed new bearings in both wheels when fitting the first replacements, at less than 6k miles! Yours however are twin-row ***** and should be fine IMHO.
