You can go up one size, to 150/80B16. I have a 2007 swingarm and wheel in my older Glide and ran one for a while. The belt guard also fitted. Take care when buying that size, as it is popular for a wide variety of bikes, including lightweight sporty numbers, and you need to be sure you get one with a load rating of 76/77. Avoid V rated tyres, as they tend to be the sporty lightweights and are not suitable for a heavy touring bike. I used an Avon, their current version being the Cobra.
