Did Harley change the disk bolt threads?

Default Did Harley change the disk bolt threads?
I bought a '13 Street Glide rear wheel for my '11 FLHRC. The threads for the brake disc bolts are different to the 11 model. They still look like 3/8" but are a finer pitch.

Can anyone tell me what's doing?

You can answer your question by using an on-line parts website, from which we discover that the screws are unchanged, as #43567-92 SCREW 3/8-16 X 1 TORX PAN HD., W/LOCKPATCH.

did the '13 have a "floating rotor"? if you bike doesn't use one that might be the problem. the early V rod's used an 11.5" floating rotor so you might be able to use one of those.

If you can't thread that 3/8" into any o f the holes...post a pic of the wheel
