Anyone running a 120/70/21 on a sportster?
I’ve got an 07 Nightster with a mid glide conversion. I think I’d like to run a 120/70/21 up front. I’m trying to figure out what wheel to go with. I’ve got a 3/4 axle, single disc. I’d like a black hub, black 60 spoke ideally. From what I gather, I’m going to need a rim width 3”-3.5”. Is it simpler/better to stick with a narrow glide hub and use a disc spacer? Or go to a street bob/mid glide hub and use reducers to fit the axle. I know I’m looking at having to modify fender mounting to get this to work as well. What’s going to go on with the least amount of work? Obviously stock is not going to bolt up or cover the tire well. If it’s going to be a real pain, I’d be willing to just go with the standard 21x2.15 40 spoke with a 90/90/21. But I kind of wanted to do something that’s a little bit different. If you’ve got some experience with this, I’d love to
get your input. Thanks!

I’m actually having this done right now I have hhi mid glide on my sportster I got a DNA 80 spoke 21x3.5 with a narrow glide hub, plan to use spacers for wheel and caliper. For the tire I’m running a Avon 120-70-21.
For the fender I’m not sure yet I have to wait till my fork lowers are back from powder coat, but I plan to run one some how. I also have a 250 40 18 on the back

I’ve also got a front fender coming off of a 2011 super low. I’ll probably have to modify it to sit higher to clear the tire.
