Same size Front Wheel ... 16 x 3"
But you'll need to change the bearings in the 06 wheel to your 2011 25mm Bearings and Center Spacer Sleeve ... You'll also need a Bearing Shim
You can get it all in the HD Wheel Installation Kit OR purchase the Shim and Center Spacer Sleeve separately and get the bearings elsewhere
If you need part #'s, let me know

You can get ...
(2) 6205-2rs 25mm bearings (everyone who sells bearings has an equivalent to that bearing #)
(1) 43903-08 ($22.32 list) Bearing Shim
(1) 41900-08 ($10.47 list) Center Spacer Sleeve (OR re-use the one from your 2011 wheel)
The Bearing Shim goes under the Left Front Bearing (inserted before installing the bearing)
This will give you the concept ...
