I just acquired a 2017 Softail Deluxe in really clean condition. After a micro inspection of every square inch I found some things that needed fine tuning. I also noticed some fine rust in the inside corner of the chrome front wheel. Should this be happening on such a new wheel? The rest of the bike is almost flawless and very well cared for. Does brake dust bond like this if its not rust. Any feedback would be appreciated.
