One of my winter projects is putting new tires on my bike I was thinking of going white wall tires(the bike is ice white) I'm afraid it would look stupid included pic so a fair judgement could be made
Funny thing. When I was putting new tires on this ’95 Road King last winter, I asked some friends on a local forum if I should I go white walls or black? To a man, everyone said black walls.
Then I asked the guy who was thinking about buying it, and my wife, of all people, who never has an opinion on bikes. They both said white walls.
I think fat front fenders with fat front tires have something to do with it.
As stated by others, on certain bikes yea. On yours, my opinion is a resounding no. I see this often, and it's always black or WWW. I almost never see people go between to the thin white wall stripe. Again, on certain bikes though. I did the WWW on a Nostalgia I had. I then sold and later purchased another one and put the small stripes on it and liked it better, but sold it before I could finish building it. I love the green and grey paint on these bikes. However it's your bike so you should do as you wish.

No to the white walls but you know what would look good on that bike? Tires with raised white letters...not even sure they still make them but I think that's the perfect bike for them
