Just another update, here they are at approximately 4500 miles.

Seem to be holding up well, no complaints here.

Out of curiosity, what were you riding before? And how do they compare?

Not sure it would be a fair comparison as I was running a 21" front spoke rim with a 90/90 Avon Cobra, and I think the rear was a 140/90 Avon Cobra, the Shinko's are stock size, never had a problem with the Avons, they came on the bike when I bought it, just when it came time to replace, the Avons are crazy expensive IMO, I did up the air PSI a bit, I am currently running 38 PSI front and back, and they just seem to get better handling as I go up, I see a lot of folks say that Shinko recommends running them at max cold PSI on the tire (49 PSI), I think I will stick with 38 for now.

Another update, approximately 7000 miles

Front

Rear

Rear is getting close to the end of its life, been riding her hard on some smoking hot tarmac, still handles decent.
