It was bound to happen with the bike approaching 50k miles. The non-abs wheel bearing on my 2010 has had enough...I was lucky and the local dealer had them in stock.
I really miss the tapered bearings. I replaced a set on my 1989 ElectraGlide at 100,000 just because I thought 100k was enough. But they still looked good.
I am gettin ready to replace the bearing on my 2019 FLHTP when I change tires this time. Bike has just under 18k miles on it.
I ordered a bearing tool so I can start regularly changing them. That was NOT fun to discover while riding.
