Morning. My Fat Bob handles and rides beautifully! I traded in a 07, XL1200L for a 08, FXDF, and the difference is remarkable. the Fat Bob handles much better than the Sportster did and the ride is ever so much smoother. I've been riding for over forty years and this is one of the best handling bikes that I have ever ridden, of course I could be a little prejudice ...... ;-), Boy I sure wish it would quit snowing out here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
converted my street bob over to a 130/90/16 a week ago. this sunday we put about 250 miles on it. love the way it handles and feels. i can run at 80 mph, let go of the bars and the bike runs straight and true. it corners great, and stops better than before. no disappointments in changing it over. besides, I really love the new look..

if i could figure out how to get the pic's on here. followed the instructions, but i'm still missing something. rather work on my bike projects, its easyer.
My bike handles great with a fat front tire. This may be a dumb question, but why would changing the front tire size matter to the handling ... as long as the diameter of the tire is the same there is no change to trail
just from my experiance(sp).tires that are close to being the same size will track with each other better.im not sure how to explain it but,a 130 front tire and a 130 rear tire will lean into corners the same.does that make since?
