EBC Brakes

Considering switching to EBC brakes on my 02 Fatboy. Can't decide between Organic Kevlar and Sintered Metal . Any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks Jarrod

i bought the sintered metal for my dyna,no more brake dust on the wheels and way better stopping power,no noise so far.

Stay away from the kevlar organics. Last year I put on a set of the HH sintered pads on the front and a set of the organic on the rear. I like the sintered ones and they seem to be wearing well. The organics...well they're another story...they spew black brake dust like crazy and I just today toke them off, wore slap out! Never again!

Very interesting responses. There's an article on Lyndall Racing Brakes in the new issue of Hot Bikes. They claim carbon/kevlar pads put out NO dust, NO noise and give good stopping power. Supposedly better than the sintered.

Amazing that they would say exactly the opposite of what people are seeing.

I just ordered 6 piston PM calipers/rotors for my 07 FLHRS> Any suggestions on the best pads to use with them? Not sure what they come with, but I know both SBS and EBC make pads for them.
