I have a 2009 Electra Glide Standard. Recently I swapped for 2009 street glide wheels. Since doing that my front wheel seems to grab. It almost seemed like the rotor was bent but I had it checked and it seems to be fine. I have read the TB M1251 and it just does not seem like an abs pulsing problem. The grab is fairly severe at low speeds while coasting up the a stop light and seems more like a rub. I do plan on having the M1251 addressed at the shop but does anyone have any other ideas?
I was thinking my front rotors were warped since I too noticed they are grabby only at slow speed right before I come to a complete stop. I've been paying attention to how I come to a stop so I noticed it even more lately.
It makes me feel like a total newbie, like I can't come to a stop smoothly.
Metal straight edge on the rotors didn't find any major warpage and mine is a non-ABS Street Glide so I wonder if the pads get grabby?
Will keep checking to see if anyone has the answer.
