Default Tire change

Looking for input from you guys with this question. I am looking to put new tires on my 2010 Ultra. It has 15,000 on it and would like to change over to Dunlop american elite tires. My question is can I safely change the rear now and do the front next month or is it unsafe to ride with two different style tires and should do both together? Thanks.

There is no reason IMHO why you should not change your rear now. In my experience riding with different tyres works OK most of the time and not others, but that will soon be obvious to you! Make sure your pressures are correct and if you find you don't like the way the bike rides, change the other tyre asap.

Ok thanks for the reply. I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and change out both front and rear. Think it is the smart thing to do.

Default Highly recommend these new tires!

Just got home from having the new Dunlop American Elite tires installed. Wow!! These tires are awesome! The bike rides so smooth over the cracks in the cement I can't believe it. Well worth it. Got them for Dennis Kirk. Back tire was about $162 and front tire was about $116 and free delivery. I thought that was a decent price.
