Can anyone tell me if it's a big job to install a chrome sprocket cover on a fatboy < Thanks
The service manual will tell you to remove the wheel from the bike to do that job. You can do that with a scissor jack under a horizontal part of the rear frame, with the bike parked on the jiffy. It's not difficult, but if you have never done anything like that before you would be well advised to get the factory service manual for your bike. You can probably take a few short cuts, but need to be confident of what you are doing.
Don't buy any of the cheap service manuals, they are not worth it. If the factory one looks expensive, it will cost more to pay a dealer to fit that cover than the manual costs! You can get an idea of what else you will need from here.
