Default Noob Question about wheels

Is there a difference between the front and rear wheels for a 2006 Road king Classic? I bought a set of wheels off member here and want to know how I can which is the front wheel and which is rear wheel They are both 16 inches.

The front tire will have a tighter tread and the description will have an F....for example: D404F. I made the mistake of putting two rears on my metric once and It's hard to tell if not for the F and the tighter tread.

Thanks for the info about the tires TUCCI, but I'm asking about the wheels themselves. Are they the same front and rear?
