This is not my first bad experience with DNA I had a horrible time getting my wheels and hub spacer! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with too. Just a heads up. They’ll never get another dime from me.
Ride Wright customer service is not much better after what i went through. if you think because your spending more money your going to get a better product or customer service do a search on the forum on ride wright and see some of the horror stories. if you mad about getting some crap from ride wright dont let them know they will treat you like dirt you may have to plant a big one where the sun dont shine to get any thing done. If i receive crap and want to let other members know whats wrong with that your paying twice as much you should get more for your money right think again wrong. all of these places screw up including ride wright.
Common knowledge that their customer service is crap, also fairly common on those pulleys too, this debate has been going on for ages, I'm happy with mine, as are lots of others, there are also lots of people unhappy with RW. Happy with mine and happy not too have paid double for the RWs. one of our members here picked a set of RW up while he was on his holidays, brought them back to England, only to find they had give him the wrong ones, then wanted him to wait an eternity to put it right....your choice guys.
