Default Rear brake sticking!!!

Hey guys I have a 87 sportster that I've been working on it had been sitting for around 5 years before I got it...I finally got the motor running smooth just ran into a problem with the rear brake it was tight when I got it but after a few weeks it completely locked up.. I checked the caliper and it seems to be functioning right bled the lines checked the master cylinder and it was loaded with salt I guess it's where the bike came from Some one who lived near the beach. I got all of it cleaned out but after I put it. All back together its still grabbing the rotor like it was when I first got it and it seems like the pedal hasn't got much room it barely moves an inch before its floored .. what should I do now??

You should disassemble the master cylinder and the caliper, clean them thoroughly and re-assemble with new seals. Your brake lines are certainly due to be replaced also.

Make sure all sliding hardware is in good condition (pins etc.).
